How submissions are handled
Submissions are treated as sensitive and reviewed through the appropriate internal process. Absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed if a submission includes identifying details or requires follow-up with third parties.
Final confidentiality, retention, escalation, and non-retaliation language should be confirmed by AIF before production launch.
